This end-point desktop video conferencing solution can be used in conjunction with larger MCU bundles, and can be deployed comfortably even in enterprise-level rooms,” said Eric Yu, Product Management Director at AVer Information, Inc. “The EVC100 changes everything – it’s under $1,000, works out-of-the-box, is simple to use and enables every office of companies of any size – from SMBs to large companies – to deploy next-generation video conferencing capabilities.”

Driving the transition from audio to online video conferencing, AVer’s EVC100 provides unique interoperability and allows users to communicate with contacts via Skype, Google and other Web-based mobile and desktop applications. This first-of-its-kind innovation is made possible through partnerships with cloud-based video service providers, including Blue Jeans Network, the leader in interoperable video conferencing services, and Vidtel, the pioneer of any-to-any cloud video conferencing service.

The EVC100’s H.323 and SIP compliance means that the solution works with every other major Internet video conferencing system. It includes an HD pan-and-tilt camera with 4X digital zoom and an industry-leading 88° field of view that creates a panoramic video experience. Additionally, it includes an array microphone with full duplex echo cancellation, it supports H.239 content sharing (both wireless and VGA) and HDMI connectivity and is covered by AVer’s three-year warranty.
